Our Team of Therapists

Under the leadership of Inge Gaudin, principal speech pathologist and the practice owner, we are a team of caring and experienced therapists. We all possess Working with Children Checks and Speech Pathology Association memberships.

INGE GAUDIN

Inge Gaudin graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication at Curtin University of Technology. She is a member of Speech Pathology Australia, Private Speech Pathology of Western Australia, and the Western Australian Autism Diagnostic Forum. In 2018, she was invited to be a member of the Speech Pathology Consultative Committee in the School of Medical and Health Sciences at Edith Cowan University.

She has worked in government settings such as child development centres prior to starting Viva Speech Pathology in 2006. She was trained to assist in the diagnosis of autism diagnosis in 2007 while working at Disabilities Services Commission (DSC) on their Country Assessment Team and has since also worked in this area. She has extensive experience treating speech, language, stuttering, literacy, and voice issues. She enjoys being a regular and passionate speaker at schools, day care centres, and libraries to promote speech pathology as a profession and to explain it as a useful tool to assist children and adults in the areas of communication and literacy development. When not working as a speech pathologist, she is enjoying some bike riding, ocean trips and creative time with her husband and three daughters.
